USER LICENCE NOTICE

OPTICAL GRAVITATIONAL LENSING EXPERIMENT
VARIABLE STARS CATALOG CDROM

Permission is granted to use the data of the OGLE Variable Stars Catalog
CDROM on all computers owned by the institution which purchased the
CDROM, as well as by the staff members of this institution. The data
stored on the CDROM may be copied to the hard disks of the above
mentioned computers for speeding up the data processing. If the CDROM is
resold or otherwise transferred, however, the data copied to the hard
disks must be removed.

The CDROM must not be duplicated by use of a CDROM recorder.

Any presentation of the scientific analysis of the catalog data should
cite the apropriate OGLE paper(s) found on /papers subdirectory of the
CDROM.
